The renovation of the old building gives a unique charm to the rooms, with attractive design elements like laminate floors and stylish bedding. Wi-Fi performance is solid, allowing smooth connections for gadgets.

The room lacked a window, contributing to a claustrophobic feeling, and there was a persistent odor of chlorine disinfectant mixed with dirt. The breakfast area on the 5th floor was cramped and unremarkable, leading to a less than pleasant start to the day. Additionally, the corridors echoed with noise, making it difficult to find peace, and the hot water situation was a hassle—none of the rooms had reliable hot water during my stay.

The hotel is in the heart of Morelia, directly opposite the magnificent cathedral. The breakfast on the 5th floor was a delightful start to the day, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

However, the room felt a bit cramped since it lacked a window, which made it feel stuffy at times. Additionally, echoing corridors contributed to noise disturbances, affecting my sleep quality.

I truly enjoyed my stay here, especially the convenience of being just a few steps from the Cultural House and a short walk to Rosas Garden, perfect for street strolls and enjoying the scenery of Morelia.

The staff at the front desk were exceptionally nice, ready to assist with anything I needed. My Queen Room with Two Queen Beds had clean facilities, although it felt a bit cramped since it lacked a window. The room's decor was pleasant and well-designed. However, I encountered some cleanliness issues with lingering odors that could have been addressed better. Overall, a solid choice, but the absence of a window in my room did contribute to a claustrophobic feeling.
